Tom Richardson

Josh Richardson

President & lead driller

Co-Owner & Deer park branch manager

For almost half a century, Tom Richardson has been a pillar of the PNW well drilling industry.  Since he jumped on the back of his first rig in 1979, H2O has been his pride and passion as he drilled water wells across the entire Western USA, from Arizona north to Montana and throughout the PNW region. His expertise in Northwest geology and multi-state licensing ensures that every project meets the highest standards of precision.

 

Tom oversees our drilling operations, personally leading our teams in the field to ensure every H2O well performs optimally for decades.

Josh Richardson has spent his entire career in the H2O business, working alongside his father and within every H2O function; well drilling, pump installation and repair, and machining.  Having grown up in the family business, Josh brings the technical depth of a 20+ year industry veteran.

​

Josh has most recenlty served as Lead Driller in Hayden and as Maintenance Supervisor from 2022 to 2025. Since August 2025, he has managed the H2O Deer Park branch, leading a team of about ten people in well drilling and pump services.  In his free time, Josh spends time with his wife and two children while also volunteering with Water For Life, drilling wells in remote Guatemalan villages that lack clean water.

Jim brings over 20 years of experience in construction management, with a portfolio that includes projects exceeding $1 billion in value. He holds a degree from the University of Alaska Anchorage and is a licensed Electrical General Administrator in Washington, as well as a Journeyman 01 Electrician in Idaho, Washington, and Alaska.

At H2O, Jim directs operations and project estimating, applying his technical expertise in plumbing, electrical systems, and automation controls to complex Commercial, Industrial, and Municipal infrastructure projects. His background includes field engineering and project supervision for British Petroleum and Phillips Petroleum, along with oversight of H2O’s safety and training programs.

Brian has over 20 years of experience in the water industry across Idaho, Washington, Colorado, and Wyoming. A licensed Colorado driller, he meets some of the toughest standards in well construction and production.

​

Skilled in air, mud, and reverse circulation drilling, Brian has managed domestic, municipal, and agricultural water projects, including pivot systems, pump stations, and VFD drives for large-scale farms. His background also includes oilfield and frac water projects, supported by Safeland certification.

 

Dedicated to staying current with industry regulations and technology, Brian continues advancing his expertise to provide reliable, high-quality water solutions with integrity.

Tad brings more than 35 years of experience in the water industry, specializing in advanced water treatment and pump systems. Licensed as a Journeyman Pump Installer in Washington and Idaho, he is the former owner of the Kinetico dealership in the greater Spokane area, Tad has engineered systems addressing complex water quality issues, including arsenic and iron mitigation.

At H2O Well Service, Tad leads the design and implementation of custom treatment systems, ensuring every solution meets rigorous performance, compliance, and customer expectations. His technical expertise and deep industry knowledge make him a key resource for solving complex water quality and system integration challenges.

Wes Cooper

Project Manager

Wes spent the last 15 years in the drilling industry, working on both commercial and domestic water well projects.  Over that time, the experience and drilling practices he has gained have given him a strong understanding of the industry and the challenges each project can bring.

​

Throughout Wes's career, he has focused on leadership and managing safe, efficient operations, ensuring projects run smoothly while keeping crews safe and customers informed every step of the way.  His goal has always been to give customers the confidence that their project is in capable hands and that they've chose the right company and a Project Manager they can rely upon!

Vince DeWitte

Service Manager

Vince has worked at H2O's pump division for almost 3 decades - longer than the expected lifespan of most pumps.  Helping some customers multiple times over those decades, Vince has deep expertise in not only residential pumps but commercial and industrial pump applications as well.  Customers who've worked with Vince know his customer service standards are unparalleled.

 

From the initial call, to estimating, planning and scheduling, to repair and installation, Vince is always looking for the best possible option to meet our customers needs.

Project Manager

Larry has been involved in water well project sales since 1997. His 22 plus years’ experience and knowledge of well drilling and pump systems ensures that your water well experience goes as smoothly as possible. Larry oversees your project from site development, working with the property owner and contractors, through completion of water flowing.

Jon Campbell

Service Manager

Jon Campbell is our service manager in our Sagle branch. He has been providing excellent customer service in our pump side since 2023. Jon’s great customer service is a reflection from his fifteen plus years of branch management and sales

Working in the excavation field on small and large multi-million-dollar jobs before coming to H2O give him the expertise to handle any job.  His experience involves commercial, private, national and state park development and repairs. Outside of work he loves spending time with family, the outdoors, and helping others when he can.

Glenn Patterson

Project Manager

Glenn Patterson is a project manager in our Sagle office. He has worked for H2o Well Service since January of 2023 and strives to provide good customer satisfaction. Glenn enjoys project managing both well drilling and pump service work here in Idaho and Montana. Glenn has been involved with customer service in some capacity for over 30 years. He likes to fly fish, hike and loves the great outdoors. He lives in Sandpoint with his wife Susan.

Zach Macmillan

Zach brings over 10 years of experience in horizontal drilling and holds a degree in Civil Engineering Technology. New to well drilling and the H2O team, he has quickly developed deep expertise in pump systems, including Franklin, Grundfos, and Goulds.

Driven by continuous improvement, Zach focuses on increasing system efficiency and minimizing downtime. Known for his problem-solving mindset, leadership, and forward-thinking approach, he ensures every system operates at peak performance while delivering reliable, high-quality service.
